Below is information about show choir performances for the 2009-2010 school year.
October 18-Performance at Boys and Girls Club (Worcester)
Details: Arrive in uniform by 1:30 p.m. Pick-Up by 2:45 p.m. (Parents and friends
are invited to stay)
October 18-Performance at Mechanics Hall (Worcester)
Details: Arrive in uniform by 6:45 p.m. Pick-Up by 8:30 p.m. (Parents and friends
will need to purchase tickets to watch performance. Contact Mechanics Hall for ticket
information)
December 8-Masonic Senior Center
Details: Choir members should wear their Show Choir uniforms to school and bring their
school uniform to change to after the performance. Students will leave class at l0:00
a.m. and will return to school by 12:00 p.m.
December 15-Performance at Briarwood Nursing Home
Details: Students should wear their school uniform to school and bring their choir
uniform on a hanger. They will be dismissed from class by 1:15 and will go to Briarwood
from school. Students will be back at school by 2:45 p.m.
December 23-Sounds of the Season in the School Gym
Details: Primary Academy-8:30-9:30
JA-9:40-10:15
Elementary-10:15-11:15
January 16-MLK Breakfast Performance at Worcester State College
Details-Choir members and two family members can enjoy a breakfast before the
choir performs. All choir members should wear their choir uniforms.
Arrive by: 8:00 a.m. Pick up by: 11:00 a.m.
February 26-Performance at the H'Arts and Hope for Haiti Benefit
Details-
Where: Hanover Theater
What to Wear: Show Choir Uniform (Please make sure that the uniform is clean and pressed)
Time to Drop Off: 5:00 p.m.
Time to Pick Up: 7:00 p.m. at the front of the theater. A teacher will only wait for 15
minutes for you to pick up your child. If you come after 7:15, you will have to come in
and pick up your child from the top of the theater in the seats there. They will go and
sit up there at 7:15 with a teacher. PLEASE NOTE: If parents are staying for
performance, your child will be able to stay for the concert in the seats at the top of
the theater with a teacher. You will not have to buy a ticket for your child, however,
they won't be able to sit with you to watch the rest of the performances).
April 11-Ecotarium Performance for Earth Day Celebration
Details-Arrive by: 12:00 noon Pick-Up by 2:00 p.m.
